And, that's a wrap!

I can't believe our year  is over!  I have told this class this many times, but they were by far one of my very favorite classes I've ever had!  We became a family, loved each other, encouraged each other, and learned so much.  Third grade is one of those benchmark years, when the skills become increasingly difficult and children are asked to really apply their knowledge and THINK on their own.  This class rose to the occasion and accomplished so much!   Not to brag...but I will anyway. We are the only third grade class to not have a single person get a "1" in any section of the Milestones.  This shows not only the children's dedication to coming in the class and learning every single day, but also their amazing effort on  the day of the tests to apply what they learned.

These kids become "my kids" for 180 days and I love each and every one  of them.  I treated each child just like I do my own. Some days, tough lessons had to be learned.  But I hope I made not only an academic impact, but a personal one as well.  As your child continues on through the academic journey, I wish him or her the very best and I hope fond memories come to mind when thinking of Room 315.
